Just letting you know it's been a few months now and my Pilate machine is still FABULOUS!  I still go to my physio once a week and change my home program regular. I hop on my machine 4 to 5 times a week with my home program she gives me...what a difference to my health and body. Never looking back, best thing I ever invested in for my health and well being. Thanks so much for all the assistance. If anyone hesitates about getting one of these machines just give them my phone number. They sell them selves really. Brilliant

A huge thank you to everyone involved in helping me secure my reformer. It’s more than a machine, it will enable me to continue building on the work done with my physio rehab team. 33years of trying to keep up with 17, 18 and 19 year olds does not a good body, in old age, make!!
