• Adjustable Resistance: Offering 3 positions per spring and two springs for a broad range of resistance levels. Additional springs can be added for higher load resistance exercises. 

• User-Friendly Features: Modern cut-out sides for easy spring access, even when the chair is positioned against a wall. Eyelets for attaching resistance bands, enabling a wider range of exercises. Optional chair back insert for improving posture and support, and compatibility with an A8 Jump Board for scapular support work.

• Easy Adjustments: Removable handles with a simple 'twist and pull' mechanism for height adjustments from 115cm to 145cm. Split pedals with a redesigned locking slider for easy adjustment.

• Portability & Versatility: Easy-rolling wheels for quick movement, large rubber feet to prevent pedal mishaps, and the ability to convert handles for use on a reformer for additional exercise options.
